How Does it Work?
- In the winter, underground pipes are installed outside your home that run the excess cold air from inside your house to the underground pipe system that returns warmer air inside your home.
- The ground maintains constant temperature despite climate changes throughout the year
- In the summer, the excess warm air in your home runs through the underground pipes that transfer the cool air back into your home
- The ground is cooler than the outside temperature in the summer.
